South African car drivers, brace yourself for Aarto.

Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences.

The Aarto is the new rule introduced by the international law practice agency called Eversheds Sutherland, it’s headquarters are based in the UK.

The Aarto regulates road traffic offences by introducing stricter penalties for those who do not comply with road traffic regulations.

Under the Aarto regulations, owner of the vehicle or occupant will have an option to settle fines to the Road Traffic Infringement Agency (RTIA) or having their car disc points being deducted.

Once a disc are deducted up to 15 points, a car won’t be driven for the maximum of three months and driver’s license should be handed over for the duration of this period.

If offences are committed more than three times, learners and driver’s license is canceled, where a person will start from scratch to get a new learner’s and driver’s license.

Aarto will requires a driver to have these following documents for all trips:-

  1. Driver’s license or South African Identity document.
  2. Proof of address.
  3. Postal
  4. Postal address

If a driver doesn’t have these documents in his possession, fines or points deduction will be implemented.

What is food fortification?

Food fortification is to increase nutrients of food to be eaten to ensure that a person who eats that foods acquire all the vitamins needed in the body to fend off various diseases and to remain healthy at all times.

Food fortification is diet plan by the government, since people are not all in position to plan dietary for themselves due to financial difficulties.

Most people eat the same food each an every day, of which their health might be compromised, food fortification helps to provide all the nutrients despite eating porridge every day.

Why and when food fortification was introduced?

In 1994 people suffering from malnutrition were identified and Dr Nkosaza Dlamini Zuma appointed a committee called Intergrated Nutrition Strategy to device some ways to fight with malnutrition in the country.

Malnutrition is dangerous because it’s opens room for diseases such as Kwashiorkor, blindness etc. It has been a while when you get someone suffering from such diseases after all food was fortified.

This committee also decided to iodise salt to prevent iodine deficiency which cause mental retardedness, fatigue etc.

On the 7th October 2003 all food was fortified in South Africa.

Food fortification includes vitamin A, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pyridoxine, folic acid, iron, zinc Calcium; Iron; Zinc; Selenium; Vitamin A; Vitamin D; Vitamin C; Vitamin E; Vitamin B2; Vitamin B3 and Vitamin B6

Story of the slained Bafana Bafana and Orlando Pirates goalkeeper: Senzo Meyiwa is unfolding successful before the eyes of many soccer fans and general public in South Africa.

It has been six years since this soccer star was killed on the 26 October 2014 while there was no arrest made.

It was only on the 26 October 2020 that arrest of the six people were made after the investigation of the Afriforum was conducted.

Gerrie Nel a private investigator of the Afriforum confirmed that Senzo Meyiwa was deliberately killed in the assassination fashion.

He also revealed that some other further arrests will be made of the mastermind behind Senzo Meyiwa’s death.

Although Senzo Meyiwa’s death left unhealed wound for his family and soccer fans, but hold culprits responsible and bring them to books, would console their hearts.
